I came to Power Physical Therapy after a full knee replacement; at the time I was using a walker and had very limited movement. In the next six months, I gradually improved from using a one-pound ankle weight to lifting thirty pounds (on both legs) and walking without the walker. The staff was a big cheering section each time I accomplished a goal. They would suggest adding more weight or trying a new machine and I would say “okay.” I enjoyed coming to physical therapy and even looked forward to it. If you really need to know, yes, I am a real patient and was not paid to make this statement.
